Day 14 - March 6, 2009

Today was rather uneventful. I'm glad it's the weekend! It's a busy one for me, though. I have to work four hours tomorrow morning and then I have a photo shoot right after. Then, on Sunday, I have another shoot. Busy, busy bee.

Day 13 - March 5, 2009

I'm loving the warmer weather. We had our patio doors open for awhile today and there's something about a fresh breeze that is so relaxing. Soon, I'll be able to sit outside and read my book. I can't wait until then.

Day 11 - March 3, 2009

My dad came out of his surgery just fine. I saw him right before he was leaving the hospital and I couldn't even tell he had anything done to him. His lympnodes looked good, but they send one off to be checked just in case. So, now I feel a big weight has been lifted and I can breathe a lot easier.

Day 10 - March 2, 2009

Tomorrow is my dad's surgery. I've felt a lot of anxiety all day about it, but I know it's out of my hands. I felt weird about telling a co-worker I was going to be at work all day instead of with my dad, but I need the distraction to make it through. So, tomorrow, I'll be working away instead of waiting for him in the hospital. I am going to go see him on my lunch break, though. I pray it all goes well and we hear good news.

Day 9 - March 1, 2009

It was nice to be able to sleep in until 10 am this morning. That rarely happens anymore, haha. Just enjoying a lazy day at home playing the Wii and reading my book, and then the last family dinner tonight before my dad's surgery. Rose is currently not wanting to nap. A tired, frustrated Rose is not a good thing.

Day 8 - February 28, 2009

Oh yeah, no makeup. Love it! (Kidding.) It's a relaxing morning here. Tommy is with my parents helping them install my grandparent's new tv. I'm at home with Rose watching her roll around and attempt to crawl. She's thiiiiiiiis close. I probably should get to babyproofing here soon.
